My problem is this I have built up contaminates on my rear bumper, They look like little rust spots(which can't be the case as the bumper is plastic). I have searched the forum and clay seemed to be the answer; however I have clayed the car from front to rear and only a minuscule amount came off of the rear bumper. The rest of the car looks awesome, and the paint is baby smooth, so I would like to rule out operator error on the clay bar. Question is what is the next step? Rubbing compound? wet Sanding?
