$70k is too much as an estimate for these car, high 50s- low 60s IMO.

Not to mention first year model may not come with LED tail light initially and other upgraded stuff until production roll into second year as how BMW usually did on most of its line up. Savvy BMW shopper who purchase several BMWs in the past knew the tactic, never buy above MSRP.
