Cigna PPO...~700 a year and 1300 out of pocket max, up quite a bit from prior years. It really depends on your employer... My company used to be under GE and we had cheap and stellar benefits. Now that we're <10,000 people worldwide, we don't quite have the bargaining power of ~300,000 employees.
