Yup. The supercharger helps that problem. Adding around 100lbs to the car to gain 200whp goes a long way to putting you back in the running.
I was noodling around on the NASA TT Class calculator. if I've done my homework correctly, I believe I can just squeeze into TT1 right under the 6.0:1 cutoff. You know what I think saves me? Don't laugh------I have a sedan and you can add +0.2 point for a 4-door production car....hahahaha!
