This floor will lift if you have a significant amount of moisture seeping up from beneath the concrete slab. This occasionally happens over time.
If you can go tile I would!
It requires a bit more upkeep but lasts you a long while. You can also replace the tiles individually when damaged instead of redoing the entire floor.
