I have owned a few BMWs. It seems as tho a number of suspension bushes go out between 65,000 and 100,000 miles. It is just life with a BMW......the cost of great handling. Would i buy a e92 M3 with 92K on it? Sure but it would get the rod bearing replaced soon, all suspension parts/bushes replaced........basically a track build. If I didn't already have a e46 M3 track/race car I would consider a high mileage E92 M3.
Lets all remember that regardless of your intentions this is the most reliable car BMW has made in recent history.
