I don't see 100,000 miles as a lot these days. The fact that it has close to 100,000 miles makes it super cheap and a lot of folks would consider it at this point. If it has been properly maintained and has no issues then I would consider it.

Agreed. I bought mine at 70k and now i'm at 108k. Just maintain it. I deal with an independent shop that works with high end cars and I get parts from the dealer with my BMWCCA discount. Its also helps that the owner the shop has an E63 M6 and a Porsche GT3. I check to see what needs to be done at what mileage and I do it.
