Myself I think the sort of duplicitous and unprofessional tactics BE bearings use to undermine VAC shows them in a very poor light.
Its not even that they have a proven alternative - who knows how long their undersized bearings will last...at least VAC has shown some strong results.

Fair enough, but we both know this goes further back than vac vs be.
An extra .0003" of clearance (the average difference between be and vac cc) qualifies them as "undersized"? Going by that remark are you not doing to BE exactly what you claim they are doing to VAC? How do we know your not an agent of VAC? You bash BE in every thread so that's a logical question. Goes both ways.
Ironically it was Robert that suggested vac to me (be hadn't hit yet) so I don't think they are that worried about the competition.
