The person who did mine was his second RB job. His first one was done in 8 hrs including clean up afterwards. He's a licensed technician at a dealership here (not BMW) and he says it's pretty straight forward. We also did my engine mounts, air filter and transmission fluid at the same time.
If you can get someone to do it at $100/hr, I would say that's a good deal.
