I find my E92 back seats far more comfortable than the E90. I've also had 4 adults in the car and no complaints. My wife rode in the back for 6 hours on a trip to Socal and she said it was more comfortable than when we did the same trip in her E90. The only "issue" is if you have to get people in and out of the back seats constantly.
