They will be fine. Many of us have that size on 10.5 and you are only 1/2” wider. BMW runs 265 on 10.0 on the ZCP or whatever suspension models, so you would be only 3/4 inch wider tire on 1 inch wider wheel than what BMW thinks and most people agree is fine. For rim protection purposes, I’d rather go wider on the tire, though. Could you run Conti EC Sport instead or must you run P4S?
