Wet sanding with 2000 paper will remove them quite easily. You don't need apply much pressure. Follow up with the M105 and it will be as new.

Professional detailers told me that wet sanding would be the next step. I want to stay away from wet sanding because if I have to wet sand, I will have to do the whole car as hard water stain is all over the car and I want to avoid doing that at any cost.
Looks like the only solution is to live with it. Thank god I have space gray so it is not visible but I have OCD of keeping everything perfect
