I just talked to the MTrack Days people (phone number listed online site) and no helmet etc...just shoes to drive in. Its 6 hours and catered meals. I am 8 am in Miami on the 15th. Sort of a birthday present for myself. I signed up for an M4 but was told that is just to get an idea of what types of cars and the instructors will choose your cars. Yes you actually drive M Cars on the track.
