Those are Magnesium Blue alright. I'd venture to guess they are TE37 OG's by the center cap; definitely not RT's or Ultra's due to the lack of the exposed silver stripe around the outer edge of the wheel. I suppose they could be SL's as well, but I'm pretty sure that the pictured center cap design is unique to the OG's. Goodluck!
