I agree, ever dealership is the same. They are all good to you until your warranty is up, then they try to shark you for $$ for out of warranty service and just like every other business they need to make money. It has happened to me at Fremont BMW with Nick Lai. As for the miles that were put on your car, just ask for an explanation on why that has happened, you are not BMW tech so there might of been a reason and if there is not then raise hell.
