I've been going to Fremont of BMW for over 12 years now on all the BMWs I've had the privilege to drive. I've gone through several great SAs and a couple of horrible ones. Unfortunately, most dealerships have a revolving door of SAs, especially if they're not producing ($$ for non-warranty work). So if you find a great one, stick with them!
At BMW of Fremont, I too would also recommend Nick Lal.
To the OP: I would ask the SA to explain the mileage difference. It better be some good BS for 22 miles.
