Likewise with the last poster, I've had good service with Nick Lal. Nick also assigns the car to a certain tech (forgot who) each time for me. When I brought my car in for the 16k service, they only put an extra 2.2 miles on it. Sorry about your experience, I'm sure everything is still fine though. Maybe next time for sure get Nick as the SA, sucks that you were pressed for time.
