I totally agree. It's not the dealership but who the SA is. I had a flat tire couple of weeks ago an had it towed to Peter Pan. My SA was out thy day and was assigned another SA. When I had my tire replaced and wanted the old tire back. He said no, couldn't do it since BMW warranty won't allow it. I didn't put up a fight about it. Later, I spoke with my SA, he said that was BS. I should have been allowed to keepy old tire. (had a nail in it with only 105 miles on it.)

I could have blamed Peter Pan for the SA, but it wasn't PP fault, but the SA giving me bad info.
