You'll be riding on the bumpstops, not a good thing. Depending on how you drive, you may not notice it. From my experience with lowering springs compared to the wonderful stock suspension, if you cut down your travel, you lose grip and anything over rough pavement is unsettling. It's best to retain oem travel, it'll give you more grip and a better overall ride...hard cornering and power down grip wasn't as good as stock. Keep in mind, BMW designed a great all around suspension, the stock dampers/springs are a beautiful match. Lowering springs change the character of that match. It'll be firmer and initially sharper on turn in but there's more to it than that.
