well... i had a few parts installed incorrectly on one of my cars by RSW and refused to go back after they corrected their mistakes....but from what i understand....they got away from doing a lot of performance and maintenance service at a decent labor rate and started doing more and more pep boys style service for a higher labor rate than other indie shops. in fact i pay less in labor at flemington bmw for everything than i ever did going to this shop.
