Thinking about selling my E92 M3: Wondering what I should list it for as a fair market price (not in a rush)?

Some history about the car:
Original owner, in my 50s (meaning car not raced/abused..lol).
My DD: 193,000km, very well maintained. Includes original purchase papers, every single service paper records. No collision. Rod bearing and both throttle actuators done by RMP. Minor cosmetic modes w MagnaFlow exhaust, otherwise stock. 2 sets of wheels: orignal E92 18" w snow and 19" w summer tires.

let me know your thoughts on a fair market price or any additional info I may provide....
