Clean E9x M3’s are going up, especially low mileage ones. A lot of people are also coming back to this car, or end up buying one as a weekend toy.
F10 M5s and F80 M3s are still pretty new and a lot of them are coming off lease so there are still plenty of clean ones to choose from.

Wait a few years when the clean ones are harder to find and they'll go up or maintain value just like every other clean M car.
