One of my M3s has the PFC bbk up front only and the other has F+R. Using the same pads in both I cannot discern a difference other than the speed at which I go through consumables -- the rear BBK pads/rotors last forever and ever. Although the rear oem caliper pad and oem rotor also last a while

Hmm that is actually a very good point. I do want the complete look for bbk. But having said that, I don't really need to do the rear now. I can just get the front for the time being and then do the rear next year. The measurement I got were the front rotors and didn't measure the rear. I am just assuming the rear will be the same or slightly better.
