Find a new dealer... I drive my car less than 500 a month and I have zero issues with my battery. Maybe the battery was damaged on the used car lot sitting there waiting for you while other people checked it out? That would make more sense to me...
BMW service has totally let me down. 90% of the time its a battle to make them do the right thing. I will seriously rethink buying another BMW because of this.
