As I mentioned above, BPC in Raleigh did my RBs recently at 76k miles. My car is an 08, driven fairly easily (no hard track days or drag racing) and they were READY to be done, according to BPC and my old bearings.
I've not done my TA's yet but it's a fairly easy DIY and when they go, it won't lead to catastrophic engine failure so I'm content to replace them when they break. |
It seems to be all over the place when people do their bearings. Some swear by following their blackstone reports. I've read that blackstone reports are unreliable. What bearings did you all use? I've read VAC Calico coated bearings are best. Also, proper assembly using the right amount of torque is important.

I bought my M3 with 36k miles. I'll probably hold off on getting the bearings replaced until the warranty is about to run out.
