My bumper looked just like that when I got my car
. I used a razor blade to very carefully flatten out the big holes, then used touch-up paint to paint the inside of the holes. I also used some touch-up paint on the 4 smaller indents. It looks ok now, far less noticeable. When I have a good reason to, I will buy a painted Euro bumper from IND but for now I just try not to think about it.
