Just an update:
I have been receiving a ton of PM's about the lip and diffuser.
A friend of mine was starting a carbon fiber company and made a few test pieces for the M3. My car was the "guinea pig". As far as I know, the lip and diffuser on my car are one off. I am not sure if his company is out of the R&D phase yet but when they do open up shop, I will let you know.
