Bearings and actuators are original. I'll do the BE/APR hardware very soon.
Hey I was just on the phone with Kevin from EAS this morning while flashing my ESS tune, he's an awesome guy. Also, friendly greetings from the Bay Area! I'm having Performance Technic do my bearings soon (2009 E92, 53k miles), so PM me if you want to know a breakdown on the price from them. You can probably find something closer to Walnut Creek, but they are a very well-respected shop and the process of ordering the bearings and bolts has been very smooth thus far.

Congrats on the new addition! Hope to see you around the bay.

P.S. I did nearly the identical route as you when I bought my Saab (yeah, I know, lol) although I'm sure it was more exciting in the M3 :-)
