I'm assuming this is for the 625 kit, but correct me if I'm wrong. It looks like both kits are intercooled? This is a big plus for me. I would not want to run a non intercooled kit on my car. Intake temps way too high without one.

In terms of the higher octane, the kit comes with the cable (which is a very nice touch as many of them sell the cable separately), so Sal would be able to modify the file to suit whatever octane you plan on running (if necessary - depends on ignition settings).
