Even though I had a great experience with BW and will be purchasing and consulting with them again in the future; I personally wouldn't let it go. Can't shrug it off and say my bad sold you a WHOLE 1 inch longer spring and not fix the issue as a company. Speak to a manager or someone else I'm sure BW wouldn't want this to be representative of how they deal with errors.

Yeah - the experience was great until something went wrong, which in this case, was on them. The guy I was dealing with was super attentive until I discovered the issue. Then he just stopped responding to my email. I had to call to get it confirmation that their original estimate did in fact contain a mistake. I was going to order Rod Bearings from them and a few other items but I'll just take my business elsewhere.
