I initially worked with Alex earlier this year. We had a great time coding and flashing the following on my 12' E92 M3:
- 241E Japanese Engine SW
- GTS DCT Tune (Alex custom spec)
- Euro MDM
- Bunch of small features that make the car MUCH better

Needless to say, Alex transformed my car. The E9x M3 should have come from the factory like this!
Fast forward to today:
Well today I wanted to round-out my coding and add some custom features. I went with:
- Brake Force Display
- Euro Adaptive headlights
- Lower engine RPM limit to 3.5k when Cold
- Valet mode
However, I have very old computers, very slow internet in my garage, and I am not tech savvy, at all. We worked with my archaic PC laptop, and my 10-year old MacBook Pro. Problem after problem arose due to my hardware and software settings on both computers.
However, despite all of these difficulties and my billion questions along the way, Alex once again made my car MUCH better.
This type of customer service is rare, and I applaud him for a job VERY well done.
I could not be happier.
If you need coding, go to Alex. Do NOT pay more with other vendors who merely have nice ads and charge crazy prices.
