We have been doing the MS x-pipes for years and seen numerous other brand x-pipes on our dyno to compare. The difference is really negligible moving the x portion location from what we have seen. Some people swear by that but havent seen much difference if any. The gains from the x-pipe come from deleting the restrictive primary and the secondary cats. MS x-pipe is good for about 20 horsepower and paired to a OEM modded muffler will be load. Depends also if you have the bypass method or the perforated method. Perforated method would be slightly quieter.
