BMW M3 Forum (E90 E92) - View Single Post - do all X pipes have a rasp sound to them?

I recently added the RKP street X Pipe with my MPE and there is some rasp. I have been thinking about replacing the MPE with something else but haven't done much research yet.
Cold start and low RPM's, I can't say there's much difference in sound between stock and RKP street but definitely noticeable at higher RPM's.
