Stop! Do not sell your m3, you will regret it. I speak from a personal experience. Back in 1999 got married, kids and all that and used exactly same reasons as you outlined to sell my perfect for me 89 e30 m3. Now I have had 2 other m3 since that time and have one now but I still miss the car I sold in 99 because it was a special car for me. So, If every time you see your car it puts smile on your face or you look at it walking away it means it's a special car for you. Don't get rid off of anything that special.
