thanks man, she has a contractor coming in, I saw a few prices on the sheet, one mention "a sump..." something can't remember, but I did tell wife this was paramount, since, I cleaned up and made sure the primer was in place, not had any smells. but I'll keep an eye on it
apparently basement contractors are starting work in a weeks time..
So I have 4 days inbetween work, to take/dismantle my DJ setup, take my 18" speakers, 2 amps. and whole shbang,
(over 400 records) fitted in storage racks, all up 2 flights of stairs and store in my garage
so that is going to be so much fun I can't wait to begin.

funny I never actually spoke to anyone about the drains.
so she must have that bit covered... well you would have thunk it
