that's it... all these are solvable / will be improved with a DCT tune i heard. planing to do it once my warranty is over.
also it's nice to replace the shift paddles to the bigger / longer aftermarket ones, the OEM is a bit small. it's a nice and easy DIY.

Yes the box moves slow on the paddle under low throttle, which seems fine to me, but is lighting fast soon as you start give it some!
