I dont know of anyone else that sells them so have to think there is no scenario where you would purposely remove a sticker but want to put it back on. Unless I guess he is painting his own-wonder if that is it

Doesn't really matter what he's doing. If he needs a new one, he can get them from the dealer. If he wanted new OEM gills, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
