I guess I owe an update as I should have been getting ready now for my trip back to Cologne to start the injections.
However, late last week (and just after I got the final clearance to donate), the treatment center on the recipient side advised us that the patient is not ready and needs further treatment before they can receive the marrow. I'm on hold for a month or two...
