Normally I noticed no difference in firmer pedal when running typical 20 - 25 min. HPDE Sessions.
When we are at Watkins Glen we run 40 min sessions and noticed a difference.

It is a hit and miss. If the silicone test (styrofoam cup) eats it, then it will attack the rubber. Varies in different products, but a chance too high to IMO when it comes with a brake system. For example, silicone lubes applied on the weather seals eats them fast (2 summers - dries them up), whereas Gummi Pfledge works like a charm. Would not chance it in a brake system. It is not the silicone per say that eats the rubbers, but the overall catalytic effects it has on third party substances destroying rubbers impregnated with silicone:
