If I had that kind of coin, Scuderia will be a toy and as such, driven when the mood strikes. Car appreciation, investing, etc are reserved for the Jay Lenos, etc that have a considerable amount of vehicles and hover at concourse d'elegance instead of car shows.
Never bought a car thinking how much am I going to get when I sell it, goes against my car guy ways.
Drive it when you can, enjoy it all the time.
