I guess everyone has a different threshold for pain. I didn't find it to be terribly difficult. In fact the hardest part was determining all of the part numbers required for the retrofit as
none of the vendors wanted to give that information away.

Do you mean pre-wire for a cradle?
I blacked out seat heating LED's indicators on the center console as they were redundant. I opened of the back of switch panel, masked it off and shot some paint in the led clear chambers. I didn't want damage the LED's on the IC board.
