Its well known that track gas does commonly have lead in it so may be best to avoid this gas in your car. I think the biggest risk to lead in your fuel would be to your cats and your o2 sensors. It could foul them. Im not sure two or three tanks worth would be enough to cause you to need to replace them, but its a possibility. Watch for cat efficiency and o2 codes.
