it depends of shock/spring setup. sometimes suspension with stiffer setup can work really more comfortable that with a softer spring.


st xta has 70nm springs in their kit for m3 e92.

for example, i have kw competition kit on my m3 e46 now, which uses 200nm springs on front and i'm really surprised that it's okay for street driving (at least, not proportional with this figures).
