Reality is that even with "low miles" (i.e. 30-50K), you're still likely to need to address TA's, random leaks and possibly RB's soon anyway just because of age at this point. The youngest of the E92 M3's are now over 7 years old, so maintenance and some restoration will be required most likely anyway, at least if you want to have confidence in driving it hard. To me, a car with 65k+ and lots of maintenance and restoration already done is a worthy buy.
