For me, I was more interested in the Carfax (which I know can be manipulated) and the amount of owners. I also believe with these cars (when buying the higher mileage ones 60k+) a willingness to take risks with doing some basic maintenance and repairs is needed. A basic scanner and set of tools. I think that's were the value is at.
