I only suggested this if you are going with springs that lower the car more than swifts. Dinan & MRF all carry OEM ones that are shaved. I highly doubt any of then make their own.

As mentioned by the others below, Shredicus mentioned that they did make a difference in height.

Yes, but the dinan camber plates pretty much negate the difference since they add a little thickness. Also edited my original post after reading swifty's. Forgot to note I am also running the e36 bumpstops although that should make no difference in ride height, just rebound.
