I know I'm about 2.5 years late on this post but let me save everyone with a 2010, 2011 or 2011.5 E-chassis 3 series some time and hassle.

You DO NOT have to take the wheel off and the liner off!!!!!!!

First, the MS device is NOT waterproof and you SHOULD NOT install it outside the vehicle! Look at the connectors on it, they are EXPOSED for gods sake! If you want to ruin your $250 dollar module, be my guest but we don't install them anywhere outside the vehicle. I will upload pictures tomorrow to show you the correct way to install in 2010+ vehicles that have the single exterior TMPS module.

If you follow the wires up from the TPMS module in the passenger wheel well, they go INSIDE the vehicle right inside the passenger side edge seat cushion. Tap and wire there. MUCH EASIER and cleaner!!

This is honestly a pretty easy install. Feel free to PM me with any questions and I will post new pictures up asap.
