2000 model year- No M3
US spec E46 M3 2001-2006 -6 yr run
2007 model year- No M3
US spec E92 M3 2008-2013 -6 yr run
2014 model year- No M3
Just my guess but its how BMW has done business in the past.

Good point but things are slightly different this time as the M3 sedan will debut first. So you're most certainly right that there won't be a 2014 M3/4
Coupe but there'll be a 2014 M3
