Other examples that are out of your control:

-Driving in the rain and the car in front drops coolant.
-Your own coolant line breaks and waters down your own tires going into a braking zone.
-Run on exit curbing and get pad knock back and a car spins in front of you and your pedal drops to the floor without having a chance to tap the brakes and seat the pads.
