Yeah, for an '08 with 90k+ miles, take the new engine and don't look back. I would demand that the two-year engine warranty start once you receive the fixed car - not original purchase date. Who knows how long they will take to get the car back to you.

If you plan to keep the car for the long haul, plan to replace the RBs again with aftermarket ones (not OEM) the day your engine warranty expires.
